What do you do to keep gas prices lower and see further price Drop?

The price of gasoline has been going down slowly. I never fill up entire tank. When the demands are low, the supply exceed and prices drops.
Going green by carpool and walking to the stores - all of these helps in the environment of this beautiful earth and helps to keep gas prices low. Am I right? Any other comment in this matter?
