I wonder why no one in Congress does anything about high oil prices. I know Bush is an oil man and has done what he can to keep the prices high, but you would think someone in Congress would do something about the cost of oil.

If we elected a new President could he or she do something about the cost of oil?

All the Republicans and their mouthpieces in the Corporate Media talk about the raise in gas prices being caused by low supplies.

Bush’s war in Iraq has tripled gas prices by disrupting global oil supplies.

Iraqi output has stayed below the level that it was since Bush started his war.

Why do the Republicans insist on being politically correct rather than facing up to the fact that Bush’s war is responisible for record gas prices?
