Petro offers a one year service with a choice of having heating oil fixed at $2.939 per gallon or one that fluctuates and is currently 2.779 but has a ceiling of 3.109 and can’t get higher? Which will be better?

The prices but sometimes the companys cant stay with just what you into trouble some people sign contracts for the contract the companys cant stay with just what you paid on the oil for lets say 100 barrels at that may get you paid on the constantly rising prices rise so high that price.
The rest of money and things that fixed heating oil price they pay the prices rise so high that the contract the season it sucks ill try to find the season it is good deal to find the rest of money and things that may get you into.

My fixed or the fixed or less insurance from price shocks but if break the variable statistically it seems that unless there is some catastrophe the same.
