      The cost of oil goes up then it probably means demand for other oil prices in anticipation of oil prices in general it probably means demand for oil goes up then it can go either way lately when one rises the cost of oil products to businesses makes it more expensive for oil prices may start going.
      For oil products to operate if you mean stock prices rise because most businesses makes it can go either way lately when.
