With Oil price going back under $100, is there a chance Airlines will cut prices after all recent price hikes?

oil price
laurentmg asked:

They added fees for checked bags, meals, reservations. They increased number of miles needed for rewards etc etc. All due in part by high oil prices. With oil back below $100, will they readjust prices?

No. Prices only go up, never down. That’s the way the market driven, unregulated economy works. It allows the rich to get richer and everybody else to suck.
